1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EFAD platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use of Service
EFAD provides a platform for real estate auctions and direct offers. Users must be 18 years or older to participate in auctions. All bids are binding commitments to purchase at the stated price.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Property Listings
EFAD acts as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property information provided by sellers. Buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence.
5. Auction Rules
All auction bids are final and binding. The highest bidder at auction close wins the property. Payment terms will be communicated at time of bid acceptance.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
EFAD platform is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
EFAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
